Pinot Gris 2021

We made four barrels of this Pinot Gris from fruit grown on the Double Barrel Vineyard in Oliver, BC. The wine is soaked on the skins before aging in neutral barrels. Unfined & unfiltered.

This wine is tropical and textural with peach notes and a hint of oak.
