Petite Sirah 2021

We made two barrels of this Petite Sirah from grapes grown in South Australia. The wine was fermented on skins for twelve days, then racked to neutral barrel to age for twelve months.

Loads of juicy black fruit aromatics carry through to a rich full palate. Young and vibrant on the finish.
