Chardonnay 2021

We made three barrels of this Chardonnay from fruit grown in Padthaway, South Australia. All three barrels were aged in neutral oak, with two going through malolactic and one receiving new french oak staves.

This wine opens with lemon & nectarine notes with a subtle toasty finish.
