Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

We made eight barrels of this Cabernet Sauvignon from fruit grown on vineyards in the Maule Valley. 

Aromatics of red and black fruit, and classic Cabernet hints of bell pepper. The palate is rich with flavours of blackberries and dark chocolate, and a hint of oak. This wine shows surprising length and some grippy tannin.
